Unhappy about the service received

The service I received at Builders Warehouse was terrible. I made an EFT transfer on the 11th of December it was clearly stated to me that it take 3-4 days. I am still waiting for the deliver to be made. I have been calling and visiting the store - they cannot trace the payment while I have sent through the proof of payment last week already. I need to call them, they don't follow up. I am yet to renovate y kitchen - I am scared to use them. They don't answer their calls.
