Unfulfilled order, poor service!

Absolutely disappointed in the service received from Builders warehouse.

17th December 2021, Went onto the Builders website and purchased a drill from the site. Listed as in stock, hence the order went through.

Days later recieved a call saying the item was in fact OUT of stock and they had damaged goods therefore it showed in stock on the website. I accepted this as human error and asked the consultant to please place an order for me with the supplier, I was happy to wait.

I received 2 calls over the period from then to now, stating that the supplier is still closed etc. I said it's fine as soon as they open please process my order.

It is now the 11th of January I called in for feedback, the consultant says that there is no stock at the supplier and there is no date provided for new stock. I basically wasted an entired month waiting, and it cost almost R5000. It's totally unacceptable.

There is very little customer service and the store never answers their calls, always have to go via the call centre and waste airtime.

Disappointed!
