Unfriendly manager and service builders wharehouse Witbank

Hi. I bought a Ryobi trimmer at builders witbank on promotion. Opened it after a month and found it to be faulty. Took it back and the manager Johan who is not a friendly person or customer friendly dealt with my complaint very abruptly. I was told i must send the machinein to be repaired and wait. During this i dont have a machine to use. He refused to exchange it or refund to buy another machine. Even though he slip says 6 months refund or replacement..
