Unflushable toilet.
I bought a toilet from builders warehouse in Northriding on Sunday 12 November 2019.
When I opened the box, the toilet was dirty as if it was stored outside. The cistern cover was chipped. Even though I paid for a front flush mechanism toilet, There was no hole in the cistern to install the front flush mechanism provided.
I now have a toilet that I will never be able to flush. I have phoned builders warehouse twice to sort out the problem. The manager promised to sort out the problem. No feedback has been given. The emails that I have sent have not even been rep**** to.
