Unfair Labor Practice- Builders Warehouse- Richards Bay
I have been working for Builders Warehouse in Richards Bay for 6 weeks (1 October till 7 November). I resigned and gave a week notice. I didn’t receive my Salary up to now. Trying to reach the HR Manager (Dinisha Govender) on Sunday by WhatsApp without any reply. The Same HR Manager let me signed Induction Papers without me even went through a induction process, is this unfair labor practices?? Maybe so, bcz except for the Manager (Steven Belgrove) I was the only white employee.

27 Nov 2018, 22:10Requested reply from HR Manager (Dinisha Govender) in BWH Richards Bay yesterday AGAIN by txt, no reply, numerous evidence of avoiding my request by formal e mail. Got response from Senior HR Manager today, pending investigation on my response . Escalate the matter to Solidarity & CCMA. Again unacceptable Labor Practice! Seems key positions in Corporate Companies can manipulate the system to discriminate against minority White employees.
