Under staffed and poor service

Went to Builders Warehouse Boksburg in search of things I need to fix my shower. Walking around looking for someone who can assist me. When finally finding a staff member, they directed me to the wrong isle. I walked out and went to your competitor just down the road. I was helped with a smile and got the things I needed.

Clearly you don't have enough staff and if the service continue like this, you'll be out of business soon.
