Unconvincing and poor resolution

I app**** and was granted a home loan. They provide all I need and I pay by installments. House plan and material quotations all done and sent and material was due to arrive Thursday or Friday and when we follow up on Thursday we are told to b put to HeadOffice there has been a misunderstanding. We are then now on the line with HeadOffice and we are told the R75 000 loan was not the money granted but R7 500 lady clearly missed a 0 and they can simply correct and but no they say “they don’t know if it was a mistake or not cause they r are at HeadOffice” but common sense will tel u cause my plan and quote doesn’t match the money I supposedly requested. So now with my dug up hard they telling me to reapply and re-approval will take 2 to 3 months Complete ******* it’s ur mistake find a way and fix it don’t fault me in all of this and the reason the delivery had not been done it’s cause they where tryna find a way to fix it had I not called to follow up I wouldn’t know that Patronella from Chris hani is ***********,doesn’t take her job serious and not attentive to detail and the company doesn’t protect their brand and name they let negligence define their reliability in service delivery. Bullshid and I plan to fight it to the bone I was prepared for delivery on Friday builders dug preparing for work to b done so what must happen now ? I park at a neighbors house now and I work shifts I’m gonna annoy people for lord knows how long cause I’m not closing up I’m building
