Unbearable Noise the whole night

<p>I live in a complex next to Northriding Builders. There has been a non stop noise all night. This started on Wednesay 1 Feb 2016 night which stopoed at 7 when the store opens and initially thought it was an alarm that went off. Thursday night there was a lot more going on. It sounds like there some work being done at night. This is unbearable and unfair we have not been able to sleep for 2 nights. I have constant a headache after not sleeping for 2 nights. Who does that? Can this stop please?</p>
