Unavailable stock even though online and in store showed stock availability.

Went to builders warehouse Constantia berg to get herschell ant seize copper grease as online and I store confirmation showed 7 in stock. The gentleman tried helping me but himself could not find it even he confirmed that the system showed 7 in stock and he could not find it in stock room or any where in store. The service from staff top notch but the misleading information is pathetic. Pull your self rite builders as I waisted a hour of my time where I could have gone to a different place to get this product.
