Unavailable item but continously being advertised

They have a Dewalt drill dcd 996 NT-XJ bare unit for R3350 This item is being advertised since Beginning of November despite that fact that they don't have stock in any branch. Complained and told them to only advertise when stock is available. They ignore my suggestion and continue to advertise although they don't have any stock.
