unacceptable waiting period for a Delivery

I have purchased a bathroom cabinet on 27 July 2015 at Builders warehouse Montana, The person who assisted me on the day told me he will order a bathroom cabinet as there was no stock and it will take 5 working days before they will receive it and will call me for collection. 2 weeks has passed and and I still have not receive a call from him and decided to contact Builders warehouse instead, only to find out there is still no stock and no explaination as to why there is no stock. another 2 weeks passed and I decided to go there and find out exactly whats going on, 29 August 2015, I spoke to the manager and he also tried to solve the problem, but he didnt succeed. He told me that he will follow up on the situation 1st thing Monday morning 31 Aug 2015 and I should expect a call from him in the morning. To Date, I have not received a call from Management and this is really unacceptable! I really feel that the feedback system in place at Builders warehouse Montana should be reviewed as customers doesn't get informed and updated on purchases done. This kind of service is bad and unacceptable!!!
