unacceptable service

i bought a centurion gate motor which on special and was only available online on the 29 march 2025, delivery was 12 to 14 days if i remember correctly... 10 days later i get phoned and told now they don't have stock anymore and i must take a refund, what service is this ....the stock was available when i bought and paid for it now after the promotion 10 days later there is no stock the guy that phoned me tells me it was their fault for not changing the status i told him it was not my problem as he must phone other branches to get me the motor that i have ordered and paid for.... till now they have not come back to me with a solution ......
