Unacceptable noise disturbance

It is only 08.30 Sunday morning and again I have been woken up with my bed shaking and the most horrific noise coming from a huge machine that is crushing stone outside my window. <br> The crockery in my kitchen rattles while Builders Warehouse just carry on with their \Business as usual"and don't give a damn about the community.<br> Did you not do a feasibility study before you decided to sell concrete and stone to see what the noise impact it would have? I guess not.<br> <br> \""No person shall make or cause to be made any noise or sound in or on a highway or elsewhere in the Municipality which disturbs or tends to disturb the quiet"
