Un subscribe from The Builders Team

Hi there, this is becoming monotonous now and it's starting to become very MUSTY, who ever in charge at The Builders Team keeps asking me for my particulars so that they can un subscribe me from there data base and from receiving emails, that has gone to a ball of.... you know what, i've been trying since the 24th of June 2020,it's ridiculous.
