Un subscribe

Good day, i have complained on the 24th June 2020 to un-subscribe from The Builders Team, someone came back to me on the 19th July 2020 to resolve the problem, it's been more than a week, what i can't understand is that it took me under 2min to subscribe, now it's taken me more than a month to un subscribe, the more i hear, the less i understand, this is amazing, especially with today's technology. Thank you
