un happy buyer

i did an online purchase and did an on line payment which was successful - sent POP as requested , my one line order status was marked expired as the transfer took a few hours to reflect and in that interim my order got cancelled, but the money was already in their account. i sent 5 emails and made 1 phone call to rectify this, the person said he will call me back but never did , three days have passed and still no respond
