*****ULENT ACTIVITY - VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

I have reported a matter to Builders Warehouse where *****ulent activity was occurring on my Bosses company name and name. This was at the Vosloorus Shopping Centre branch. ive been told that they investigating the matter, i cant understand how as there was further activity on the account after i reported it. the call center is useless, i asked for the vosloorus branch as there is no direct number, after holding on forever it get to some other provinces branch. such a frustrating exercise and incompetency. Imagine spending all this time on a matter that does not have anything to do with you. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
