I purchased items on the 24 April I Builders online Riverhourse store. I paid R799 and they did not have on of the items I bought. They cancel that particular item,and refunded me R170. They did not deliver my goods, on the 29th of April I requested for an answer. A person was very rude telling me they don't know when to deliver. I ask him to cancel my order. He did and I received this message,Order number *** has been cancelled. You will be refunded and can view the order details at www.builders.co.za/my-account/orders. The Builders Team. Few minutes later I got a call from the store manager after I reported them asking me to place a new order because the refund will take longer. They eventually deliver my things 2 days after. But never refunded me for an order that was cancelled. It's stories everyday I have sent the proof of payments on both order even my statement that they never refunded me. Till today 16 May 2023 no refund
