Turning a bad exparience in a good one!!!

After not recieving all my items bought with delivery , i was very disapointed with BM .Above mentioned guys explained what happened and offered to deliver it tomorrow with additional items i bought. Really greatfull for that and appreciate it. Thanks guys.... <br>
