Try in vain to speak to somebody at a branch.

Bought a lot of stuff from Builders Cape Gate for renovating a bathroom. Delivery was incomplete and have been trying to speak to somebody about this but keep speaking to a different person at call centre every time with promises to phone back but needless to say, never calls back. Poor service.
