TRAUMATIC, PAINFUL,HORRIBLE,FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE

I had the most painful, frustrating and tiring experience ever with Builders warehouse Rustenburg. I bought a pressure pump in March, got installed by a professional plumber. Worked for a month only, and one day just stopped working. Took it back to the store and had to wait for 3 weeks for it to be send back for repairs. Upon receipt, was told the issue is from our side. The pump got water into and I have to then buy a new pump, this kne cannot be fixed, nor can it be replaced or money refunded. I've been taken from pillar to post by the store, the repairer and builders warehouse head office. Imagine having to pop out another R3k in such a short period of time. I honestly don't know how to explain this painful ordeal.....HORRIBLE
