Trade card and no response

Good day. I app**** in November 2019 for my trade card. When I asked in January 2020 the person who helped me said, the person who dealing with it is not working there any more and they don't have the password for the computer. They asked me I have to fill in forms again and apply again. I did not fill in forms again. Just thought it is ridiculous to apply again. I spoke to managers and still nothing is happening. I know we in lock down now. But just can't think it can take this long. Then on a other note. I looked on builders warehouse web side today the 16th June 2020. It say they are open. I try to phone them and don't get hold of them. I also tried the life chat and no response. I will never buy from Builders warehouse.
