Too much effort to help a customer
I just needed help in buying the correct item and was waiting more than 20 minutes for someone to help me. The information counter called about 4 times for someone to come and assist. One person called back to say she was on lunch. The other person didn't even bother. After 20 min I left. Builders Express at Cedar Square SUCKS!!!
