Tonk Meter, Springs Horrible Manger

Horrible treatment from the manger at the Builders Warehouse at Tonk Meter Shopping Centre, the manger refused that my mother (Pumla) entrance as she owns a face shield instead of a cloth mask. The manager was rude and did not explain why she was refusing the face shield where as all other stores do not have an issue with the face shield. She caused a huge scene outside the door humiliating my mother for no reason at all. Then later the manager offers her one from in store and took over 10 minutes to return. On return she says she was busy with other customers without informing her or at least sending another staff member to assist her with the mask. My mother got fed up and left the store as the customer service is disgusting to say the least. I want that manger dealt with.
