Told to go away by staff.

After buying tiles I do not like waiting for half an hour while the yard staff are sitting and doing nothing on a sunday at Builders. Then a different yard staff member tells me to go away. She is not interested. I eventually had to get the manager to get it sorted out, Even then it was a total mess . Last purchases from Builders ever. Chamberlains is much better.

The manager called, but could only isolate one contractor as the problem and would have to be dealt with by the labour agent......Would only expect them to have a Massmart party line. Thank goodness for other companies who do want business - Chamberlains, steel and build city , and the prices are better.

Instead of a senior manager, just another call center operator to tell me how serious they are taking it , and would like to apologise, LOL , when is the senior manager going to call , Massmart , you suck. And you can all go do what your staff member told me to do. You are all full of empty promises and do not mean what you saying.
