To experience extreme incompetence and poor service - visit Builders Warehouse Secunda
Builders Warehouse has yet again upheld its excellent reputation to be the least desired merchant to go to if you need something in Secunda. If you do not want to get something done - go to the builders' warehouse. They will take hours of your time to help you. If you ordered something online and the delivery is incorrect, they are stuck. You will wait for the whole day for support. Even if you buy something to collect it in-store - they do not know what to to to help you return or replace the goods, which are often incorrect. They DO NOT keep a record of anything you bought, so be aware, if you cannot provide an invoice, you will be treated like dirt. The people working there are quick to tell you that they don't have what you want - just because it's to much trouble to help. Most of the time, you will find it after you search for it yourself.

After you called, I did send my builder back to Builders warehouse with the goods that I wish to return. I hope it will not take up the rest of the day to assist him. I cannot afford to spend 3 to 4 hours to get something done. As I have it, Builders Warehouse proud themselves on the slogan that if you want to get it done, they should be the first choice. That is not my experience at all.

17 Jan 2020, 12:00Well, as expected, he just called me after spending another hour or more at Builders Warehouse. Now I am disappointed. The people at Builders say they cannot help him without and invoice. I should write another complaint to inform potential customers that Builders don't keep any records and are not willing to help without an invoice EVEN if it is still in the original Builder Warehouse package? Builders Warehouse is not allowing its staff to make decisions at all - probably because they cannot make decisions on there own either.

Well, as expected, he just called me after spending another hour or more at Builders Warehouse. Now I am disappointed. The people at Builders say they cannot help him without and invoice.
