Time to look elsewhere.

I have been shopping at Builders for as long as I can remember, from the time that it was only one store. Lately I have noticed that they have started stocking items of dubious quality. I recently bought two 'Builders Pride' inline table lamp electrical switches from them. Both were faulty and I had to chuck them away. At first I thought the problem was me and showed them to my electrician. He confirmed that they were of extremly poor quality and unable to do the job. Yesterday I bought some plastic chair feet, same story. Sad really that I will have to find somewhere else to shop as you stock a wide variety of items. If I may make a suggestion, stock the ******* under your Builders Pride brand but also stock some decent stuff that are able to do the job it was bought/intended for?
