Time Management is the Key

I bought cements, bricks and a lot of building material at Builder S.Store Evaton branch on Sunday (13/03/2016) hoping I would get the delivery by Monday. I spent the whole day at home but i didn't get even a call from the store. NB: Keeping the customer informed is one of the best customer service but they fail to do so. On Tuesday I contacted the store and spoke to Pinky, she promised me that the materials will be delivered by 11:30, but the truck arrived at 12:11 and only with 75% of the stock I bought. I asked the driver (Tshepo) when I'm I going to get the remaining and he said he don't know only Pinky can tell me. I went to the store on Wednesday and bought another material...noting that the store still owe me another material, I asked Pinky about the stock I bought on Sunday and she said I have to wait for the following day. She did even bother to call me and tell so I don't have to wait at home for nothing... I suggest if Pinky can't do her job replace her or you give her a proper training. I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY BUILDING MATERIALS TO BE DELIVERED!!!!
