******* and ********** at the Robindale branch

Too bad there is no 0 star rating as that is precisely what this company deserves! Do NOT purchase anything from them - especially online. I purchased an inverter on 9 December (eight were supposedly in stock and ready to deliver). I had to pay a delivery fee and no 15% discount was effected as promised on their website. A day later someone from the Robindale store called to say that they had no stock anywhere in the country and asked whether I wanted a refund. They have to date not refunded me and this is despite numerous calls and emails to both the store and head office. The cherry on top was a phone call from them this afternoon from THE WRONG BRANCH asking me about two gas bottles. I want my money back, *******, or I will be pressing charges as you are ******* and **********. DISGUSTING!
