Thievery

Builders Online Order Confirmation ***. On the 01 December 2021 I placed an online order for 7 butane gas canisters on the Builder's Warehouse website and I received confirmation that my order will be delivered on the 03rd and even paid the delivery fee.

The 3rd of December came and went I didn't receive my products. I then visited the branch in Faerie Glen to get my refund and I was told that because it was an online order they would log a call. The call was never logged till this day over a year later I still have not received my refund or the 7 butane gas canisters I ordered. I still WANT my money back or the 7 gas canisters!!! This is such terrible service. How is Builder's Warehouse feel entitled to take my money and refuse to refund me or deliver the products I've ordered!!!!!!
