They requested me to accept a 40 day delay on Ecoflow order, and have still not received refund when cancelled

I placed an order for an inverter (Ecoflow) and was notified of a 10 day delay. After accepting the delay and not having anything delivered I contacted the call centre who informed me of a month's delay post the 10 day delay. As that was not going to meet my requirements, I requested the order to be cancelled. Several business days later I have only received ambiguous responses regarding if the order has successfully been cancelled. I have received no refund despite an agent informing me that the refund will be instantaneous because I used a credit card to checkout while other telling me it will be a 7 day delay. If it was possible to give negative stars for a rating, I would.
