They promise delivery and after 2 weeks they tell you there's no stock

Placed an order online on the 27th .. Website says 2 to 5 days delivery ... its a big order so i give it some time .. on the 5th i start calling asking about the order delivery .. everyone will get back to me ... on the 7th the lady says i can expect delivery today (the 8th) at 12O clock she phones and tells me she will ask the driver where he is and get back to me as i haven't received it yet ... A man phones me back to say they don't have stock they will credit the order ... so you wait 2 weeks to tell me I'm not getting the order ? why not just say this from the beginning and i would've made another plan! yet i have to send e mails with no response .. .do online enquiries with no answers ... phone multiple times and then only u tell me that u don't have my stuff after i was promised delivery ??
