They have no respect for their customers

I searched for a product (708583) online and there was stock at Boksburg I called the store and they confirmed availability and I drove to the store only to find that there was no stock. I then contacted the call centre to confirm if I can find stock on any nearest branch and upon the contacting the store at Newmarket branch they confirmed the availability of stock and I drove from Benoni to Alberton only to find that there was not stock. This is a shame and they showed me that they have no respect for their customers I will destroy my loyalty card and never shop at builders again
