They didn't deliver my order.

I have been sending email after email to these people because I am waiting for a delivery that already says completed on their end. They only responded once, almost 2 weeks ago. After that, I have been basically chatting with the automated response.

I even suggested a refund since they clearly don't want to deliver my package but even that fell on deaf ears. This is my money that they just took like it's nothing and left me in the wind. Don't waste your money, even BUCO is better.
