Their service is the worst and they refuse to refund your money - offer a unwanted credit instead!!!!

This is a follow up on my last review on this company and the fact they downright refuse to refund me my money. They had the audacity yesterday, 15 DAYS after ordering my goods (this being the 3rd delivery, 2 small deliveries were made in between) to now deliver my remaining items and this after I cancelled and demanded my money back. I needed these items for my graduation day which never transpired. Last night I get this message from them - Builders Card Refund performed at BWH City. Customer Number: ***. Refunded amount: 1 172,00. Available credit: 1 172,00. Thank you for your support. I DO NOT WANT THEIR STUPID CREDIT AS I WILL NEVER BUY THERE AGAIN. Every other online store like Checkers, P n P, etc. who sell goods online have a wallet where, what is not delivered, you can either use the funds to buy other stuff or you can demand a refund and they pay you back
