***** THEFT

HiI purchased an item that was in stock, to collect.The Head Office call centre insisted i pay online to reserve the stock. So I did.I then drive all the way to the store. MY PETROL at R5 per KM, I get to the store and oops, no one knows.The item is NOT at the collection point.There is NO item THAT I HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED available in the store. This is blatant DAYLIGHT *******.*****THEFT Where the hell is my product?Who is paying for my petrol?Who is paying me for my time?Who is paying for the project that is now wasted? **** to by the 'manager'. Who said it was bought after I bought it.I want to see the till slip. Builders have renaged on the client agreement.Why should I pay for anything at builders?Who is going to go to jail for *****ING from me?
