THEFT by Builders Warehouse

An error occurred on the builders site on 27/05/20 and billed me TWICE. I have since emailed several times - filled out the required forms to get a refund. My emails are now simply ignored and thus i have concluded that this is a case of theft by Builder's Warehouse.
