The worst experience I've ever had

I went to builders this morning to purchase fencing for my garden , there was no pricing on it so I enquirer as to the pricing to be told it was R110 per fencing as per the sign , I then had to load 13 of them BY MYSELF , they not the lightest things in the world and maneuver them to the till point with no help from at least 3 staff members who simply stared , when reaching the till the lady scanned the items and gave me a total over R4000 - I informed her the pricing we where given when we asked was R110 and not the R340 she had just given us and she asked if she could help the next customer and pushed us to be someone else's problem! My family owns a building company and have always used builders as their first stop to all our supplies , NEVER again, your service is disgusting and you blatantly lie to customers and then try rip them off at the counter! Disgusting builders!!!! Never again!
