The worse ever company to rely on and promise you don't care

The problem is we keep allowing such bad service and they really really don't care. They will keep sending generic apologies but will not action. We tried several times online to place an order. the 3rd time it came through and a large amount was deducted from our account. the order *** still shows open. the payment was given. Yet they will not link the two and provide us with the products we need so urgently The payment did not link to our order. Then we provide proof of payment and everything they asked. But will still only be given our money back in 2 or 3 weeks and must then place another order? Are you crazy? Will never place another order from you again. We've used many suppliers. You are the only company that will time after time deliver the worse service. I pray with all my heart that one day you close down and a better supplier that care about their customers take all the business away from you.
