The price you see is not the price you get

It's with a heavy heart as I write this review as this is one of my favourite Builders Warehouse is in centurion, but unfortunately I was very disappointed after a salesman assisted me in buying a fire pit and braai stand I waited 30 minutes, for her to take out stock when I got to the cashier apparently it was the wrong price that was put onto the fire pit according to me the price that advertised and that you see is the price that you pay the manager was then called spoke to him for about 15 minutes only to be told that I'm not getting it for that price was very disappointed with the service as it is not my fault the manager then said anyone could have put it there including me I then told him why doesn't he check his cameras he just ignored me I proceeded to tell him that the national consumers act does not allow for this as this is false advertising and he says there's nothing you can do about it
