The most unorgansied builders you will find in the western cape. Utter disgrased customer service

I have business for more that 20 years now and have a business profile with builders so my regular go to builders store i go to is always cape gate because the customer service level is very high and their building counter is so professional and when it comes to product knowledge they are second to none. They walk and go with you to the items that you are looking for but because i had to work in Parow later the week the cape gate store can't deliver to Parow area so they advised me to rather go to builders together which i did. Got there on Monday paid for my items (fascia boards, gutters and down pipes, cement, 2xcube sand and 1 xcube stone) and delivery. The lady behind the counter Michele advised that delivery will take place the following day (tuesday) during the day. So i scheduled workers and scaffolding (paid for already) to be onsite on Wednesday the day after my scheduled delivery was meant to take place and since we have limited sunny days the remainder of the week Wednesday, was going to be a sunny day which was perfect for me. However, Tuesday at 5:30pm no delivery has taken place. So early the Wednesday morning i phoned the dispatch department who told me that my delivery will take place after 9am which was still ok with me because the gutters and facia board should be installed finish before 15:00. When i arrived only the sand and stone was delivered which meant there was nothing my workers can do because no cement or gutters and fascias. So i went to builders to quiry the second delivery and was told at 10:30 by marlon while the yard manager was also present that the truck is on its way back to the yard to load the remainder of the order. 1pm i still have not received my delivery and i went to speak to the manager of builders to complain because at that this moment i was ****ing ****ed off with *********** and tygerberg staff not ****ing doing their work since i am paying for workers and scaffolding not doing ****all! We went to the yard together and still the truck not loaded yet. I explained how much money i am losing for the day which was R1650.00 and the manager says he cannot help for my financial loss because i was "supposed"only to "arrange" my workers and equipment once i know my items are on site. This was comment was very unprofessional and uncalled for because we plan our days around their ****ing deliveries and in my case the few sunny days in the week we have available. The delivery only took place at 14:15 wednesday afternoon bearing in mind that we are only allowed till 15:00 to work. Whole day bloddy day in his moer! Today is Thursday and it is raining which meant that i could have finished yesterday, Wednesday (my scheduled day for work). He only credited me the R270 for delivery which they could have "shuffled up their....." I lost more that the R270. Builders could have at least cover the scaffold. Builders tygerberg will not see me again when i work in that area. I will go to Brights which is down the road, there are other local hardware stores in the area that i will support rather. I WILL ADVISE ANYONE TO GO TO BUILDERS CAPE GATE BECAUSE THEY ARE 1000 TIMES BETTER WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. EVEN CASH BUILD IS A BETTER OPTION THAT BUILDERS TYGERBERG!
