The most poor service and bad attitudes.

I am waiting now already 2 months for an awning that was ordered online. I was several times in Bloemfontein to hear what is going on, but the lady thrre only said not her problem, but Head Office problem. I had contacted Head Office several times, no feedback. I ask for refund then, Gerty at Bloemfontein attitude is I must sort out with Head Office. I was waiting also for a shower door nearly six weeks, and everytime I call there, their attitude was, not their problem, and like you feel like a beggar. That is definetely the worst service for a company like Builders. It seems to me that people only work there to get paid, nothing else. No effort in assisting you. I will not recommend people to do bussiness with those people.
