The most ****ed up service ever!!!

*** My dad had recently returned a Wolf Garden chainsaw, which is still under warranty. (because the item was faulty) He was then told by K****tso(@builders glen eagles) that the warranty does not cover the carburator of the chainsaw. AS PER TANDEM LAWN INDUSTRIES

He was advised by a staff member on the floor that it should have been fixed/replaced due to the warranty. They are now insisting my dad pay the R340 for the carburator to be replaced. I mean, now really, then why the hell would you have a warranty and guarantee on the items if people are still liable at the end of the day? This happend in March this year with another item my dad bought from Builders. My dads contact number is on your invoice, please do contact him directly.
