The most disgusting service of 2025!

m writing to formally complain about the extremely poor service I experienced at Builders Warehouse Strubens Valley on 24 Nov 2025. Despite my expectations of efficient and helpful assistance, the service I received was far below acceptable standards. Specifically: It's been over a week since I was promised that the bricks I had over-ordered would be collected from my house (which is less than 5km from the warehouse) I am busy completing a project, which is now not being completed, as I need to make use of the credit to purchase other items, as the store does not give cash back but credit notes! This experience was both frustrating and disappointing, as I rely on Builders Warehouse for quality products and professional service. I believe customers deserve better treatment and prompt assistance. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and provide feedback on the steps you will take to address the issue.
