We purchased two aircons online from Builders Warehouse Fourways. One arrived with a electrical socket cover but we only picked this up when installing it. Thank goodness for Norman, the electrical manager, he helped us with a cover, no questions asked. Thank you Norman, we need people like you in Customer Service.
