I went to Builder's Warehouse in order to purchase some shelving. I needed one shelf cut in half. The attendant at the building materials area refused to help me, stating that they were too busy that day. I complained to Cliffe (who doesn't even manage the building materials area). Cliffe managed to get the shelf cut for me without any issues. Cliffe, your staff can learn a lot from you. Thanks for the great service!
