Thank you for making the situation right and the first class service

I had an issue with Builders while completing one of my renovations. I received paint advice which was incorrect. Without going into a lot of detail, I contacted Builders unhappy about the advice I had received which meant I had to buy new paint and pay for labour again. What I really appreciated was the thoroughness of their investigation, and at the end reimbursed me for my troubles acknowledging their part in my issue. I found the team to be excellent. They went beyond the call of duty to make amends and ensure I felt really supported then onwards. I am truly grateful for the level of service i have received and also a lot of the staff members on the floor who go the extra mile to make their customers happy. Thank you
