We are busy with a full home renovation so I've bought a lot of items from Builders the past month. I ordered from Builders Wharehouse Online and the delivery was quick and all items were correct except for a 20L paint that was delivered as a shade white instead of white. We went to Builders Noordheuwel as we needed to buy extra items as well. Initially the person at the information counter who later identified himself as the sales manager was helpful and after discussing the situation, specifically stating that it was bought online he agreed to assist. I brought the unopened paint in, left it at the counter as requested, picked up the replacement paint and all other items we needed. However when getting to the register to pay, the story changed. Nevertheless I put in a complaint online. A while later on the day (Sunday) I received a call from the complaints department. They assisted with informing the branch (Strubensvalley), whom was very efficient and helpful, they made contact with me and all was arranged for them to collect and replace with the correct colour. After the service I received from Noordheuwel, I was considering not using Builders again, however Razaan, the complaints team and Strubensvalley restored my faith and showed me how great the service actually is, if it wasn't for them Builders would have lost a customer.
