Thank you Builders Warehouse

I was in the market for a vacuum cleaner. Found one that would suite my requirements which was available at Builders Warehouse. The challenge was to find a branch close to me in order to make a purchase. According to the internet there was a branch in Durban with one unit in stock. Unable to get the branch phone number, I then phoned the customer help line. I was assisted with a very friendly person (name unknown) which said to contact the branch in question and get back to me. I have heard this before.... The gentleman did get back to me and inform me the product is indeed at the store and I need to speak to Temba. I went to the store and requested to speak to Temba. I met Temba and told him the purpose, on which he said "I've put it away for you"! En route back to my lodge I phoned the call centre in order to thank the gentleman personally for the great service. The lady which assisted me, informed me that this man was on another call and would phone me back.... Unfortunately it never materialized.
