Terribly After Sales Service

Ì returned a non functioning cookerhood to Builders Warehouse Edenvale more than 3 months ago and to this day I still don't have a cookerhood. I'm utterly disappointed with the staff at the store in the way theý are dealing with this matter. Even after escalation to the store manager there seems to be no one prepared to give this matter the attention it deserves.
